We pay to get the best information to our people and then conduct training workshops and marketing development sessions to give our sales force the tools to succeed. Long before the event has been set up, our sales force masters the product and features of each business. Lots of rehearsal and role-play is done to create consistency and remove errors while advertising, so we are ready for the big moment!
